VizFX AI: Viral Video Effects

By installing and/or using the VizFX AI: Viral Video Effects, or other variations of the name identified by the same APP ID, you agree to our privacy policy described below:

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect limited user data to provide and improve our services:

• We store a hashed identifier rather than your email address when you sign in with Apple ID.

• Each user is assigned a unique account ID to track purchases and consumables.

• User uploaded media and AI-generated content may be stored on our servers for easy access to users when they use our app. If the user deletes this data in the app, it may still be retained for a period of 30-60 days to provide support in case of issues.(see Section 4)

1.1 Face Data

The app allows you to upload photos or videos that may contain faces. These media files are uploaded anonymously (without user ID or identifying metadata) to our third-party AI processor to create animated videos. During processing, facial landmarks (such as position and contours of eyes, nose, mouth) may be extracted to animate the face.

• No facial recognition or identification of individuals is performed.

• No biometric identifiers or recognition templates are created, stored or shared.

• This information is used only for animation, not for identification, tracking, or analytics.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services

• To process transactions and manage your account

• To provide customer support

• To analyze usage patterns and optimize user experience

2.1 Use of Face Data

Face images and extracted feature points are used solely to generate the requested animation. They are not used for advertising, user tracking, or analytics. User uploaded media and AI-generated is deleted from persistent storage after a short retention period (see Section 4).

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party AI services to generate AI content. When you upload your data, including media that contains faces, it is sent to these services without any personal identifiers (such as user IDs or email addresses), via secure HTTPS connection. We do not share your personal information with these third parties for marketing or identification. See Section 4 for data retention period.

4. DATA RETENTION

User uploaded media and AI-generated content may be temporarily stored by our third-party API provider for processing and short-term debugging. Additionally, it may also be stored on our servers for easy access to users. We delete user related media after a period of 30-60 days. The user should download their content and store elsewhere for permanent access. If the user deletes their account, some of their data will still be retained for support or accounting purposes for a period of 30-60 days, after which, the data will be deleted.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. User data is secured using industry-standard features implemented by our technology partners such as Google and Cloudflare. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies in our App.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request the deletion of your data by contacting us at support@vizfx.ai. We will process such requests when technically feasible and given sufficient notice. You also have the right to access information we hold about you.

8. Children

This app is not intended for children. Do not upload images of minors without appropriate consent.

By installing and/or using the VizFX AI Coloring app, or other variations of the name such as VizFX AI Animated Coloring, VizFX AI Coloring Fun, identified by the same APP ID, you agree to our privacy policy described below:

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect limited user data to provide and improve our services:

• We store a hashed identifier rather than your email address when you sign in with Apple ID.

• Each user is assigned a unique account ID to track purchases and consumables.

• We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the App's performance and user experience.

• Text prompts and AI-generated images will be retained for up to 60 days to provide support in case of issues. Beyond this period, this data will be anonymized and not associated with any account holder.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services

• To process transactions and manage your account

• To provide customer support

• To analyze usage patterns and optimize user experience

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party AI services to generate coloring pages. When you create content using our AI feature, your prompts are sent to these services without any personal identifiers. We do not share your personal information with these third parties for marketing purposes.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain user data for a period of 60 days. After this period, data will be anonymized and will not be associated with any account. If the user deletes their account, this data will be immediately dissociated with the user.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our App does not ask for the user's age and does not display advertisements. We have implemented parental controls for certain features that need to be activated by an adult user.
